Dear SOF Players,
We are pleased to announce that the intermittent disconnection issues have been resolved.
We have identified the cause as a DWDM-related network disturbance between our Hosting provider to our game servers.
The Hosting company has confirmed a complete hardware replacement, and our monitoring shows that the connection is now fully stabilized.
As an appreciation for your patience, our team have prepared a compensation for all players.
[Compensation]
- Item : WooHun Encouragement(1Day)(Non-tradable) and Strong Badge(1Day)(Event)
- Distribution Method : Post
- The reward will be provided until March 13th.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding while we worked to restore a stable environment. We look forward to seeing you back on SOF!
If you encounter any further issues, please do not hesitate to reach out to us via our Ticket Lounge.
Regards,
SOF Team
