🌴 Update 08.2026 🌴
Hello everyone,
Today, we would like to give you a small update on our current projects. This way, you can find all the important information at a glance, and we can present our news together instead of sending many individual messages. Of course, there is also a little bit of marketing involved 😉. We apologize for that and thank you for your understanding.
Summer Islands
Over the past few weeks, we were able to collect even more feedback. A big thank you goes to Kinichie, with whom I conducted a three- to four-hour playtest.
This feedback, along with additional comments from DoKomi, your emails, and directly from the Steam forums, led me to the decision to focus intensively on fixing bugs over the next month and release an update.
We still have a larger content update planned, but I do not want to wait until then to fix the existing bugs.
We also want to reintroduce the tutorial level and add more campaign levels to make it easier for new players to get started. In addition, I would like to add a direct feedback button so that you can send us your feedback more easily.
As already mentioned, the larger content update is still planned. The new content is closely connected to one of our new games. Since we have not released this game yet, I do not want to reveal any further information at this point.
Beeing Hive
This year, we will be attending gamescom with Beeing Hive. On two days, you will be able to try out the game for yourselves and test the latest features:
- FR, 28.08.2026: Beeing Hive – Hall 10.2, Booth D43g
- SA, 29.08.2026: Beeing Hive – Hall 10.2, Booth D43g

Since the last festival in May, the Indie Game Fest in Cologne, we have been able to implement a lot of your feedback. We have also added further content that is now part of the demo.
The first level currently does a good job of showcasing the changing seasons and the different challenges that come with them.
The goal of pushing players to their limits through the many different activities will be further reinforced by the various enemies and the changing seasons. Integrating the wax moth is my next challenge.
On the one hand, a wax moth can help you remove old combs, creating space for new ones. On the other hand, it can also eat your valuable pollen or honeycombs. Everything is a matter of time.
Streak Of Power
As our first game made with Unreal Engine, Streak Of Power has undergone the most changes over time. In particular, the multiplayer aspect of Unreal Engine is completely new to us.
We are currently planning to participate in the Steam Next Fest in October. We are therefore also working on a demo for this game.
Over the past few months, we have already been able to integrate several core features.
The game concept contains many elements inspired by chess. As a result, it has unfortunately not been the most popular game at trade shows. However, with the Steam Next Fest and a playable demo, we would like to gather a lot more feedback and prepare for a release.

Many ideas that we originally had for the game have been put on hold for the time being. The reason is simply the complexity of the game. First, the core principle needs to be understandable, well explained, and, above all, playable. The complexity may be increased again in later updates.
Summer Islands – The Board Game
We are currently beginning to create a larger number of models, including hotels, attractions, and various elements of nature.
The atmosphere needs to feel coherent, and we are still largely in the discovery phase. Although we already have a rough concept and can play the game as a real board game, many decisions regarding the user interface and smaller details still need to be made.
The GUI and the details should give players an authentic vacation vibe while still making the game feel like a board game.

We have already integrated the map generation and backend. “All” that is missing now are the models and the GUI workflow.
Here, too, we can draw on a lot of experience from Streak Of Power, as it is also a turn-based strategy game.

Future Games
As already mentioned, we currently have one or two additional games planned for next year. One of them may already be released as an early demo next year. The other game will require significantly more development time.

In addition, we have at least four other ideas in reserve and occasionally work on individual prototype features.
We continue to develop our games entirely in our spare time. At the moment, we do not see any reason to work with publishers, and we are also not applying for government funding. So, everything remains as it has been.
We are always happy to receive your feedback on our games.
