Quick update today for the hands' visibility.
For those wanting to play with one controller, simply place the unused one on a flat surface and the hand will disappear when not in use. The hand now also disappears when a club is picked up, for a more natural feeling of holding a club and not being in the way visually when taking a shot.
As a side note, the in-game resolution options have been removed. Sometime after these were added to the game, SteamVR acquired additional functionality to override resolution per game.
