Update 1.0.Ed

Just another quick simple updates for unBorn

• updated HIV to show screen text instead of a pop up window
• Fix issue where after gaining an extra life near death, the heartbeat sound would still play ( thank you steam user EvictionNotice )
• added skip feature at the end of a level
• fixed powers ups in the orange chapter - none were spawning
• fixed pause power up - now it effects the correct organisms.
