Hey Gridiron!
It’s been a week since we first released Gridiron as an early-access title to all of you, and what a week it’s been! We’ve been overwhelmed by the huge support and amazing feedback every one of you has shown in the past week.
The entire team has been stunned by your creativeness and how quickly some players have become very skilled in the game.
This week we’ve released an update every day, tackling some serious bugs and implementing some of your suggestions. Here’s a quick overview of the most serious bugs we’ve resolved:
- Slowed down the ball velocity
- Added ability to mute players
- Moved away from Captain’s Pick to randomised teams
- Fixed a lot of crashes
- Fixed some cases where servers would have imbalanced teams
We still have plenty of bugs to resolve, which is only possible through the feedback everyone has been giving.
Our team has also been making progress towards releasing some new features, which include:
- Ability to create a custom/private match, which players can use to set up any custom scenario they want, including the ability to scrim other teams.
- Adding more cosmetic items to the game. This includes ball trails and new characters.
- Introducing a new stadium
Once again, thank you everyone for being so supportive. Please continue to share your experience with us, it really is the fuel behind our team’s motivation.
