This new update that should fix smart streaming function that was broken by a recent windows update and youtube streaming issue with the video not playing back in correct mode/format.
Update to Unreal Engine 4.19 and new capturing method is still in the works. Sorry for the delay but we're running into a lot of walls/issues. The update to Unreal 4.19 should come out in a bit though, just got a few more obsolete functions to update and we should be good to go.
