PianoBoard Pro is now available on Google Play and it allows to bypass the need of the intermediate PC in the chain - you can now connect your digital piano directly to Android phone via USB/OTG and get presses feedback in the app.
Just turn on Developer mode and switch USB configuration to MIDI!
Note: not all phones support MIDI over USB so make sure to check if your device works first with MidiScope app .
