May bug fixes

  1. re-enabled track selector; press trigger button to cycle through available tracks
  2. added a brake button as the alternative method to reverse the buggy
  3. the coffee table is now available as teleportation target in some tracks
  4. tweaked the lap penalty mechanics
  5. added 1 new track and 1 new part (no. 28)
