Fixed several bugs.
the following 2 bugs were caused by adding cloudsupport :
- Fixed a bug that broke the tutorial because it thought it was in a different level
- Fixed a bug where players could unlock levels by replaying old levels
- Fixed a bug where leaving the credit screen resulted in a overlaying credit screen on top of the game
