New build with 2nd round of Open Beta bugfixes

Today we've updated the Brass build to include the 2nd round of bug-fixes and improvements reported during Open Beta.

Here is the change log:

- Add support for full size map
- Add support for email notifications for online game
- Fixed scrolling mask
- Fixed rulebook animations
- Fixed issues with sell cotton action
