Update.

Change: Game performance is much faster and graphical execution smoother.
Add: Game Speed options in Settings General which includes 3 settings Standard, Slow and Fast.
Fix: Improved memory management.
Fix: Improved hex tile Positioning accuracy.
Change: Some UI updates.
Change: Reduced the length of some melee and shoot animations.
