We’ve focused on fixing long-standing technical issues, improving graphical consistency (especially shadows), and optimizing many core gameplay systems — from quests and NPCs to items and world streaming.

⚙️ Settings & Graphics Improvements
Fixed an issue with intermediate graphics options not saving correctly.
Previously, some secondary graphical settings (not the main presets) would not apply unless you manually pressed “Apply” and then “Close.” Now, all changes save properly regardless of whether you use the Apply button or simply close the settings menu.
Definitive shadow system fix and visual improvement.
I reworked shadow behavior and graphical configuration, resulting in significantly improved visual quality and more stable rendering. The game should now look noticeably better, especially in outdoor environments.
I strongly recommend playing on the PERFORMANCE MODE preset — it provides the best balance between visual quality and FPS performance based on the new configuration.
🗺️ Minimap & World Systems
Minimap optimization and calculation fixes.
I resolved issues related to player and truck position calculations that could previously cause minor inaccuracies or unnecessary performance overhead. The minimap should now behave more consistently and efficiently.
Character movement system recalculation fix.
I improved the internal movement calculation logic to ensure more stable and predictable character behavior within the game world. This also helps reduce minor desynchronization issues in certain scenarios.
🚀 Global Optimization Pass and bugs
This update includes a broad optimization sweep across multiple gameplay systems to improve overall performance and stability:
Parcel optimization – improved streaming and reduced unnecessary background calculations.
Pickup item optimization – better handling of interactive world objects to reduce CPU load.
Tool system optimization – refined update logic and reduced redundant checks.
Quest system optimization – improved backend logic for quest tracking and state updates.
Resource system optimization – more efficient handling of resource spawning and management.
Animal AI optimization – reduced performance cost while maintaining behavioral consistency.
Story NPC optimization – improved logic handling and reduced unnecessary runtime processing.
World NPC optimization – better performance scaling when multiple NPCs are active in the environment.
Fixed the Unstuck mechanic for all vehicles.
Restored the lock that must be purchased during the stationary press quest.
Fixed a bug that occurred when the player fainted from hunger while on a plot and holding a crate with resources.
This patch focuses heavily on making the game feel smoother, more stable, and visually stronger — especially for longer play sessions.
