Clothed males and all! This patch brings in the Logger, the first of many NPCs, who can fit a solace with the capability to scan the local area for rare timber. This brings in quite a few things behind the scenes, including a dialogue system and some new resource management techniques.

Some things to note: 1. I'm already aware of a bug of the town building not saving properly if rotated before placement! Beware! 2. There are still a number of things that need to be added for NPCs and Town Buildings to work completely. There is no way to get rid of a Town Building once placed right now, and you can pick up some of their items which is unintended. 3. Resources do not show up in full flare until level 30, when legendary resource spawns become possible. Until level 5 there is only roughly 1 uncommon of each type of resource per kilometer, so equipping too low of a level with timber scanning may produce no results at scanning level 1 or even level 2.
And of course lot's of smaller things, but this patch had been building up a bit too long, I'm happy to publish it.
I will be out of town tomorrow and most of the next day. I'm betting I'll have some bug reports, and there are 1 or 2 yet unresolved errors, but tackling those I'll be looking to add the rest of the gatherer NPCs in.
