Hello,
imcGAMES here.

We would like to make an announcement regarding the issue with numerous players being unable to login to the servers.

It seems as if there was a temporary issue with the authentication servers. We have checked them and they seem to be working normally now.

However, if you are still having issues logging in, please send us a ticket via the Official Website. Please make sure to provide your access location and IP address in the ticket.

Sincerely,
imcGAMES
