BUG FIXES + UI CHANGES
- Fixed game controllers being added twice to the Pilot Select menu
- Fixed a rare freeze on the Pilot Select screen when all six slots are filled
- Added additional info to the FPS Limiter setting in the Video options menu
- Updated SDL to 2.30.1
