Hi friends,
The 2nd Update for Sweet Surrender is now live! We have received a tremendous amount of feedback from our growing player base, which has allowed us to really dig in our heels and iron out plenty of bugs and issues.
In the spirit of the season, we named this update the Ghosts of Autumn, since it addresses a handful of bugs where in-game entities would disappear, not appear or spawn at the wrong moment. Typical ghost behavior!
We made a wide array of changes and improvements, based primarily on player feedback from our Discord and other outlets. To name a few, Grapple guns will no longer bug out gravity, hovering your hand over your holsters will no longer cause endless vibration and Upgrade Chip descriptions have been improved!
For a full list of bugfixes/changes, check out our release notes attached below.
We want to thank each and every one of you for supporting us by picking up Sweet Surrender. It was a super fun release, and we are keenly looking forward to releasing further updates. You can check out our roadmap here!
We also want to thank both our Discord community and reviewers who have helped us identify all of these issues. It’s riveting to see the game grow! If you would like to join our Discord, just click this link! You will also be able to join a group of Beta testers, with access to Beta builds. You'll find more instructions in the Discord server!
Thanks, and have fun!
