Fixed bug where the game would sometimes soft lock or cause other issues when the Steam overlay is opened
Fixed bug where score and challenge notifications were getting cut off in some aspect ratios
Returning to the main menu from a stage now takes you straight to the mission select menu
Added a back button to the ship selection menu
Parts of the mission select screen no longer appear when the back or shuffle buttons are highlighted
