If you do have some mean-looking bug and it seems persistent (they are not many luckily), you can send us the save file at [email protected].
the save files are in the C:\Users\username\AppData\LocalLow\H_R\Empires in Ruins\ folder (AppData it's a hidden folder, so in case you need to make the hidden folder visible) and they are named s1_h.eir, s2_h.eir and s3_h.eir based on the slot used (1,2 or 3).
With the save files we can debug issues super fast, and 99% of the time we can restore your save file without having it losing your progress in the campaign or sandbox.
