Mainly a quality-of-life update to improve loading, lighting, UI elements, and some bug fixes.

This issue is still being investigated; however, many significant changes have been made to how workshop items are loaded, saved, and read in-game, which will hopefully fix the issue.

- Mag Hammer soft-locking after shooting = fixed
- Shotgun soft-locking after ledge climbing = fixed
- Survivor spawners spawning multiple enemies on top of each other = fixed
