We are writing to inform you that DEFCON VR will be closing down soon.
DEFCON VR was a fascinating tech demo that we enjoyed working on in the early days of VR. We had a lot of fun developing its environment and integrating it with live games of our ever popular multiplayer nuclear wargame DEFCON.
However interest in the project never took off, and we have no plans to continue developing it. We have therefore taken the decision to close the game down soon. The game will vanish from Steam and will no longer be available to play.
Thanks to everyone who tried this prototype for us!
