Index Controller Update
- upgraded SteamVR version to better support index controllers
- weapons can now be picked up by either hand
- shield is changed; once enabled, a small shield will be attached to each hand
- time attack mode can now be entered in starting room
- added an exit option to time attack mode
- removed button reload
- removed mouse mode
- removed the ability to activate round shield
