Valve have released an early access version of support for the Windows Mixed Reality headsets and controllers using SteamVR with a free add-on which can be downloaded here:

We've updated our game to fully support Windows Mixed Reality Headset plus the motion controllers - in full room scale. Support is built in, so you don't have to do anything.
Since the add-on is still Early Access, there may be some issues yet. If you find any, let us know.
