Update EA #4 (HTC Vive support)

Added OpenVR support, this means HTC Vive support.

1) Challenges
Replaces old "Arcade Mode" feature.

2) Tweaks to ball/puck physics
In short, ball/puck will interact better when colliding with your hands/equipments, more accurate to save and ball/puck will not bounce into goal if you manage to make a save.

3) Improved GUI
We once again revisited GUI and made changes hopefully improving GUI look and feel.

  • Added "Countdown" before round starts.
  • New "Round Result Screen" with 3 star rating.

4) Added "Pause Game" button top of the goal,
"Pause Game button" will stop current round and opens menu which allows to change few options and going back to menu or quit the game (exit game all together).

Known issues:
- "Options" menu at the middle of the round is not updated correctly, you can still change settings but changes you made from the "main menu" options are not updated to secondary options menu.

What about hockey map? We have some good and bad news.

Bad news are: in this update there wont be a hockey map.

Good news are that we have started working with 3D artist to create more reallistic and detailed hockey goalie catcher and blockers for the Goaltender VR. So instead doing just small hockey map update, we decided to delay for bigger hockey related update.

"Hockey Update" is most likely coming near end of the month, with following content:

- Update will come in "parts", meaning some things might come sooner.
- Hockey stadium map.
- New catcher glove and blocker.
