Hello everyone!
After another year of hard work on Ladybug Quest since our initial release in 2019, we are super excited to share this massive update with you!
We have added some extremely exciting new core-features, drastically improved performance, fixed hundreds of bugs, and much more.
Here is a breakdown of the epic new features and improvements:
- Added 7 completely new, game-altering boosts
- Added a new shop to make good use of your in-game coins
- Added time-based leaderboards so players can compete to be the fastest speed-runners
- Added 11 new boost-related Steam achievements
- Polished and upgraded many levels
- Fixed over 300 minor (and a few major) bugs
- Drastically improved performance (by over 200%)
- Completely overhauled the majority of the UI and made it easier to navigate
- Re-wrote the entire input system (fixing major issues related to low FPS movement)
- Added enemy paths to make the game more skill-based and less rage-quity
- Plus many, many other minor changes and quality of life improvements
