It's been a while since I've updated everyone on the status of things, so I am fixing that!
We have a huge update planned, and I am going to fill you all in on what to expect soon:
- A breakthrough in performance was had! practically doubling the framerate of the game! You can expect to run at 60-90 FPS!* (With minimum hardware + shadows turned off. If you get a better GPU you can expect more!)
- Deer as animals!
- More furniture options + flags
- Steam store features! Possible trading cards as well, depending on if they are finished in time for this update.
- A goal in the game, with an unique "New game plus" Mechanic!
The performance optimizations took weeks and weeks, but now we can safely go forward after this 0.1.9 update and focus on the game play and less on bugs and slow game speed on middle range hardware.
You can expect this update before this month is over.
