1.03 Halloween Update

Many improvements to the game.

• Invite Steam friends to join your game.
• Greatly reduced the overall network traffic in online co-op.
• New reload sound for the M1 Garand.
• More zombies in first waves.
• Voip should now work with 4 players. Hold down the dial pad to voice chat.
• Zombie options now synced server and clients.
• Set the guns of other players to the correct positions.
• Menu button opens menu panel for leaving games.
• Made the AK-47 smaller.
