Small Update with some fixes.

Just a small patch with some bug fixes and one small addition.

Fixed a bug where using a controller in the Death Screen would not show what the player has selected.
Fixed a bug where Blessed are the Meek would show up incorrectly in the pause menu.
Fixed a bug where Simple Sinner would not show up in Levels 2 and beyond.
Fixed a bug wheree Simple Sinner would not activate correctly in normal Boss Fights.
Fixed a bug in Splitscreen where the Mouse Sensitivity would default to 0.
