Your first settlement is just around the corner!

Dear community,

The free WARSTEAD pre-alpha demo is planned to launch on Steam on October 19, 2026. The demo is currently undergoing Steam review, so this date is subject to approval in time for launch.

What to expect

• Build your medieval settlement in singleplayer.
• Organize production chains and provide for your citizens.
• Enjoy up to 45 minutes of active playtime per new campaign.
• Save your progress and continue later. Elapsed playtime is preserved; loading a save does not reset the time limit.

Multiplayer is not available in this demo.

An early version – your feedback matters

WARSTEAD is a passion project I am creating as a solo developer. This demo offers a first look at a very early pre-alpha: features and content are still in development, and bugs may occur.

I look forward to your impressions, ideas and suggestions. Your feedback helps me develop WARSTEAD further.

Wishlist and follow WARSTEAD to keep up with news about the demo.

Thank you for your support – I cannot wait to see your first settlements!
