Patch 0.46.1

- Reduce attack time of Shomen [2]
- Make attack sectors brighter
- Improve movement prediction on the client
- Clicking on horses now mounts them
- When horse has as rider do not draw it's hp and name
- Fix issues introduced in the last patch
