Greetings, cultivators!
Myriad Gambit v0.3.4 is now live! This update focuses on achievements, recognizing your hero victories, creative builds, and successful tactical plays.
40 Achievements to Pursue
- 20 hero achievements: Defeat any final Boss on Hell difficulty with the corresponding hero to earn their unique honor, including Sun Wukong’s The Great Sage Rises and Nuwa’s Mender of Heaven.
- World Conqueror achievement and title: Defeat all eight different Hell Bosses across your runs. You may use different heroes; this does not need to be completed in a single run.
- 19 gameplay achievements: Explore milestones for your first victory, arena championship, Golden minion merges, building transformations, dual-nature benefits, economy rewards, and demanding Boss challenges.
All achievements include icons and descriptions in English and Simplified Chinese.
Challenges for All Eight Tribes
Seven tribe achievements now join the existing Beast King challenge, completing the set:
- Human — A Dynasty Forged: Field five different professions together and gain permanent growth from Gear.
- Divine — Power Through Spellcraft: Cast at least three different spells in one preparation turn, trigger Divine growth, and win the next battle.
- Yao — Mountains of Embers: Gain Embers or stat growth from multiple ignited enemies dying in the same battle.
- Corpse — Forged from Remains: Convert accumulated Remains into growth for multiple allied Corpses.
- Ghost — Between Form and Void: Block multiple attacks with Ethereal and trigger possession growth in the same battle.
- Spirit — Everflowing Spirit Veins: Complete a full Spirit Vein cycle within one preparation turn and receive its feedback growth.
- Demon — All Become Demon: Use Abyss absorption to turn a negative state into Demon ascendancy, then win the next battle.
- Beast — Coronation of the Beast King: Complete nine devours at one Beast Ancestral Court and grant your chosen Beast King its permanent reward.
These challenges reward mechanics that actually deliver results, rather than simply collecting cards or changing tribe labels.
Important Notes
- Becoming arena champion is an achievement of its own. Losing the subsequent Hell Boss trial does not revoke Arena Champion.
- Existing runs remain playable, and previously unlocked achievements are retained. New gameplay achievements cannot retroactively count actions that were not recorded before this update.
- Achievements and titles are honorary only. They provide no stat, currency, or probability bonuses. This update does not change combat or economy balance.
