- Add new menu to see all the log messages (toasts, etc) inside CardCreator.
- Add new Dutch translation (thanks to hopmanbd!).

- Show missing texture image also when embeded icon images can't load.
- Improve missing texture using smaller squares.

- Fix Excel/CSV import not working when another program (like Office) has the file opened.
- Fix RePag card order on collection screen.
