Changes:
1) The server is running. Online mode is available again.
2) Added Steam Cloud support for offline mode saves.
3) Fixed a bug due to which it was impossible to drive vehicles in offline mode.
4) Accelerated the process of creating all game objects when starting the room. Previously, you had to wait a very long time until all game objects were loaded.
