The Hordes of Lexicon have silenced the galaxy with ancient words of dark power. The first system to fight back is yours.
The free demo of Words of Power: Logos is out now. Fly the Eloquent 1, the resistance's only prototype ship, into VERBUM, the first system on the galaxy map, and win it back one word at a time, all the way to the system's boss.
What's in the demo
• The whole VERBUM system, boss fight included
• Battles where every word you type is an attack: hesitate or misspell and the enemy closes in
• Rules that fight back: restricted letters, traps, and no recycled words
• Neon vector art with a CRT look throughout
How to win
Type fast and spell true. Short words, shouted fragments and words you have already used won't save you here. Only eloquence will.
The full game: 9 October
Beyond VERBUM lies the rest of the occupied galaxy: more systems, tougher words, more bosses, upgrades for the Eloquent 1 and Steam achievements. Add Words of Power: Logos to your wishlist and Steam will tell you the moment it launches.
Tell us what you think
Played the demo? Tell us in the Discussions: which word saved you, where you got stuck, what you'd change. Every piece of feedback is read before launch.
