Mini update

improved synchronization algorithm, which should reduce delay for players with reasonable ping
added spanish translation
improved cloak graphics, also cloaks are hidden on the selection screen
improved PVP background reconnect, fixed an error, when players could be kicked out of combat (the problem was mainly on Chinese server)
fixed an error, when player could get to a finished game after reconnecting
