Ember Kingdom – Pixel Art Style Pack Is Coming Soon — Free!

Hello, Ember Kingdom players!

Since the game launched, I've received a lot of feedback from players.

I'm very happy to see that many of you enjoy Ember Kingdom's core gameplay, including its turn-based combat, class and talent combinations, enemy intentions, and the choices and events encountered throughout each journey.

At the same time, I also heard from players who enjoyed the game mechanics but didn't connect as much with the current character illustrations and overall art style.

So I've been working on a completely new visual and musical style:

Ember Kingdom – Pixel Art Style Pack

This pack reimagines the game's characters, enemies, environments, skill icons, and other major visual elements in a brand-new pixel art style. The in-game music is also replaced with new 8-BIT-style versions, creating a more complete retro RPG atmosphere. I hope it gives players who enjoy classic RPGs, pixel art, and 8-BIT sounds another way to experience Ember Kingdom.

Most importantly, the Pixel Art Style Pack will be completely free for all Ember Kingdom players.

It will not replace the original art and music. Instead, it will be an optional visual and audio style. If you prefer the original look, you can keep using it. If you enjoyed the gameplay but were less interested in the character art or visual direction, I hope you'll come back and take a look at this new version.

Ember Kingdom – Pixel Art Style Pack has now been submitted for Steam review.

As soon as the Steam review is complete, I will release the Pixel Art Style Pack immediately. There will be no additional waiting period and no extra charge.
