Hi everyone!
In the latest version, you can now also explore & chat using just a PC, without VR!
It's the same app, but you just press one of WASD or Esc at anytime to switch into keyboard mode. (Press F9 to go back to VR mode, if you have VR device.) For building, you'll still need Vive or Oculus Touch.
