- vending machines snap to doorways and can be flipped with q/e while placing

- added height limit option, disable to build crazy sky bases
- ambient occlusion (area shadows effect) is disabled in fastest quality mode, might have been the cause of pink screen bug with older cards
- shelves have been resized smaller to match Rust
- roofs can be rotated with q/e
- ceiling lights, vending machines and flame turrets are included in copy-paste export/import
- small box, bear trap, campfire and quarry now included in resource count
