- added proper wall placement for ladders
- ladders are now in the place menu because of this
- added the huge sign because of this
- added the bear trap for all the base trappers
- items can now be placed on stairs
- shelves now have rust rules for item placement
- external walls are now in stability mode
- UI performance fix
