Improvements

• In the browser, careers that were started but never saved are now cleaned up automatically. If a game is no longer available, a message appears before returning to the home screen.

Fixes

• The calendar no longer skips your team's matches: overlapping fixtures move to the first free day, while newly discovered overdue fixtures return to the current date.
• Lineups remove players who are no longer in the squad and prevent duplicate starters when replacing unavailable players.
• Financial updates remain consistent during CPU teams' transfer-market batches.
