The free demo of 1.44MB RESCUE is live on Steam. Write Python-style code to program a repair patcher and rescue a corrupting floppy disk - an automation game where execution itself is the animation.

The demo covers the first 12 of the game's 20 files, right up to the moment the soundtrack comes back to life. Your save and your code carry over to the full game.

We're part of Steam Programming Fest (Sep 10-14). The full game is planned for November 2026 - wishlist it to get notified at launch.
