Turkish language support added (Windows)

Added Turkish translations for menus, settings, furniture descriptions, quests, cafe notes, and fixed MoChat content in the Windows version.

Choose Türkçe under Game Language for the interface, and under MoChat Reply for fixed messages and gift replies.

Narrative translation by Mustafa "Neekagami" Dinç, now listed in the credits.
