A small, focused fix for the Table module.

Table folders stay in sync

• Clicking a folder now always updates the grid to that folder's tables. Opening an empty folder shows a clear "no tables here yet" state with a quick add button, instead of leaving the previous table on screen.
• If the table you had open is not in the folder you click, the module jumps to that folder's first table, so what you see always matches the folder you selected.
