Windowed option re-added with resizeable window

I had previously removed the windowed option because the game only runs at 1024x760, and a window that size on a lot of modern systems is simply too small to be practical. However, I have re-added it as a resizeable window, where the window size defaults to a large portion of your desktop's height. Resizing the window will enforce the original 4:3 aspect ratio.
