ViewerFrenzy Playtest - Track Builder Testing Update

This update adds more flexible map testing, Track Builder controls, cleaner nitro indicators, and race performance fixes.

Map Testing and Track Builder

• TEST mode now asks how many bots to include when starting a map test.
• Selected track segment endpoints can now be moved up or down with the mouse wheel. Hold Shift for larger adjustments.
• Track Builder tutorial tips now retain your in-step progress when reopened.
• Published maps must still support at least 20 racers.

Nitro Indicators

• Racers with more than four nitro boosts now display three nitro icons and a plus symbol until they have four or fewer boosts remaining.

Fixes and Diagnostics

• Added diagnostics for crash-to-desktop scenarios.
• Fixed overridden map properties not defaulting to the overall ViewerFrenzy defaults.
• Fixed a lag spike at the end of space races.
