ViewerFrenzy Playtest - Nitro Boost Update

This update corrects nitro settings, adds clearer nitro indicators, and improves TEST mode previews for map builders.

All maps will refresh to update nitro settings. Initial startup after installing this release may take longer than usual.

Players now see a nitro icon in both the leaderboard and nameplate for each remaining nitro boost.
Players with unlimited nitro now see an unlimited-nitro icon in both the leaderboard and nameplate when its conditions are met.
The leaderboard and nameplate now use a clearer background highlight for players with unlimited nitro.
TEST mode now displays the new nitro indicators and unlimited-nitro settings so map builders can preview their map's race presentation.

Fixed old cached map settings that could cause viewers to show more nitro boosts than configured.
Fixed an issue saving maps with overridden nitro settings.
Some maps may revert to the global nitro defaults during the refresh. Reapply custom nitro settings if your map uses them.
