Club and national development values are no longer completely static.
A club that performs above its preseason expectations can gradually increase its Sponsor Power. Clubs that repeatedly underperform may see it decline. A country’s performance in continental club competitions also influences the overall commercial environment of its clubs.
Youth Power and Development Power now respond to a club’s financial efficiency. Clubs that develop players successfully and generate transfer income can gradually improve their development environment.
A nation’s Player Min and Player Max values also evolve according to its FIFA ranking, national-team strength and continental club performance. Over decades or centuries, this allows new talent-producing nations and stronger domestic leagues to emerge naturally.
