Update Overview

Added support for managing multiple clubs within the same save. Each managed club has its own transfer-window workflow and Squad Hierarchy.
Improved initial world generation so clubs now begin with both domestic and foreign players. Foreign-player distribution reflects transfer affinities and league registration limits.
Reworked initial player quality to reflect national talent levels, the club’s division, and its youth and development strength.
Added nationality flags to Preferred XIs, Squad Hierarchy screens, match formations, Best XI displays, and other player views.
Fixed country-specific player name generation and corrected male given-name pools to reduce inappropriate names.
