Training Fixes

Hey everyone, quick heads up. I played through the new Training Run on my Steam Deck and found two bugs, so this one fixes both. If you got stuck on the Training Complete screen, sorry about that.

• The Training Complete screen works on a controller again. Your ship kept flying on the stick, so you couldn't get to NEW RUN, REPLAY TRAINING or MAIN MENU. Now your ship stays put, and closing the Field Guide puts you right back on those buttons.
• The Survey Beacon drill doesn't land on the station anymore. It used to show up in the same spot every time with its ring cut through the station platform. Now it lands out in open space like a real wave's beacon, somewhere new each run, and an arrow points to it if it's off screen.
