Crown purchases must still be completed through the Steam client.
Crowns you already own can still be used normally in the standalone build for:
- Purchases
- Exchanges
With the release of the Windows standalone build, the web version has been retired.
The official website now provides access to:
- Steam
- Windows standalone download
Fixes and Improvements
Battle Simulation Performance
Moved the battle simulation's spatial calculations to a native C++ core.
The new native implementation covers:
- Target candidate calculations
- Movement and path blocking
- Collision handling
- In-group spacing
- Projectile checks
In a dense test containing 244 groups and 1,464 battle members, simulation time per tick was reduced to approximately one-third of its previous level.
This improves performance during:
- Large-scale battles
- High-unit-count late-game rounds
The optimization does not change:
- Battle results
- Event order
- Settlement
- Replay contents
Godot 4.7.1
Updated the game engine to Godot 4.7.1.
Thank you for your continued support and feedback.
See you on the battlefield, Marshals!
