If you’re a new player, just remember that Incremental Birds includes three different gameplay modes.

You can change the gameplay mode from the Main Menu.

- Cozy Gameplay Mode (No Pressure, Just Play): No fail state and no downside to missing.

- Difficult Gameplay Mode: If too many birds escape you will get a Game Over but keep your Score/Balance/Upgrades.

- Passive Gameplay Mode (Hands-Off Play): Letting a bird escape grants bonus score and balance.

So, if you want something relaxing, choose the default mode (Cozy). If you want something even more relaxing, go with the Passive mode. But if you prefer being very active and enjoy tough challenges, then the Difficult mode is the right choice.
